I had the same thing happen last week and asked for an exception after the games had started Sunday (I had nobody play Thursday). It was denied and my previous week's lineup was used and I was fairly eliminated from the playoffs.

my request was public and during the first quarter (MJD had 22 yds, ryan 90 passing, roddy 39), and i had played each of these guys every week they have been available to my lineup card. I didn't have any say in your case, because if I did, I would have voted to give you an exception.
