The RULES were modified a bit. Instead of all transactions not allowed between Sunday at 10am pst and Wednesday at 10am pst, the modified rule is now:
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ALLOWED BETWEEN SUNDAY AT 9:30AM PST AND WEDNESDAY AT 9:30AM. TRADES AND CUTS DO NOT APPLY.
The time was changed to 9:30am pst because it will give teams 30 minutes to change their lineup if their claim fell through. Once 9:30am pst hits on Sunday and your team has the claim on a player still, you get that player.
