WJD did cut B.CELEK on Th 10/31 at 12:41pm.
So CELEK couldn't be claimed until Tues 11/5 at 10am.
No one claimed CELEK in the WAIVER PERIOD (Tues at 10am - Thurs at 10am), so when HP claimed CELEK on Thurs 11/7 at 12:54pm, HP automatically gets CELEK because CELEK made it through a full WAIVER PERIOD.
I know it's kind of confusing.
So CELEK couldn't be claimed until Tues 11/5 at 10am.
