Per Rule 3 m v a:
Between the Tuesday-Thursday waiver period a team can only claim 2 players and can only reclaim 2 players. Making the maximum total 4 players that a team can acquire between the Tuesday-Thursday waiver period. If you reclaim a player but then a team lower in the standings reclaims that player, the team lower gets the player but you are able to reuse that reclaim again. The same as if you claim a player and someone lower reclaims that player, you get your original claim back.
So you used up your 2 reclaims by reclaiming for M.Vick and C.Fleener.
You are not eligible to reclaim Philly Defense.
You can claim 2 more players during the Waiver Period, only players that have not been claimed so far during this Waiver Period.

This transaction is invalid. You have used both of your 2 reclaims this Waiver Period on Vick & Fleener.
Since your intention was to add Philly Defense by cutting New Orleans Defense, the NO Defense cut is invalid.
