Could you post the rules to the website under the "Updated Rules" link?  Also, where are the rules or at least the archived rules to cover franchise and transition players?  I bring this up because Manning was traded and you still list him at 3.75 mill?  I am pretty sure he should have to go back to the original salary number since he changed teams.  I want to see the archived rules you posted earlier in the year that had this on it.  Thanks in advance.

That cuts the salary for that season even if he is traded. Players can only be franchised & transition tagged once until they are drafted again.
