1. if a claim / trade / transaction is made that puts a team over the cap, all players and rosters involved in that claim / trade / transaction are ineligible until that team gets under the cap

Trades is what the rule listed above is in refernce to ( in case teams go over the cap in a trade, that way their whole lineup isnt ineligible, only the players involved in the trade that put the team over the cap would be ineligible )
There will be no claims that put a team over the salary cap, as has been the rule since the inception of the league. You must have the available cap space to claim a player.
Owners were also told during and after the draft that they couldn't claim players if they didnt have the cap space.

Commish, if you claim a player and drop a player in the same transaction that keeps u under the cap is that accepted?

IM NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE & PLZ TAKE TAKE IT THAT WAY. ASK ANY OWNER THAT HAS BEEN IN THIS LEAGUE, WE HAVE NEVER ALLOWED AN OWNER TO CLAIM PLAYERS THAT THEY CANT FIT UNDER THE CAP. YOU WERE TOLD WITH EVERY OTHER OWNER IN A POST DURING THE DRAFT. LOOK AT OTHER CUTS AND CLAIMS TO SEE THE FORMAT.
IF WE ALLOWED TEAMS TO CLAIM PLAYERS WHEN THEY ARE OVER THE CAP, WHOS TO STOP THEM FROM CLAIMING 15 PLAYERS AND THEN JUST CUTTING THEM BEFORE KICKOFF SO NO ONE ELSE CAN GET THEM.
