i am not too sure that is correct. we have never done it that way. here is what is in the rules. i would call graham and ask again.
WEEKLY LINEUP IN WEEKS WITH THURSDAY / SATURDAY GAMES
1.Owners that want to play players for THURS and SAT games MUST TURN IN A LINEUP previous to the kickoff of these games, with these players listed in their starting lineup 2. THU and SAT players are therefore INELIGIBLE to play if not entered in a lineup for that wk

i also found this in the rules...
1. Must be turned in before kickoff of the first game you have a player/def playing in .
A . EX. If you have a player/def that you want to play on a thurs night game , you have to turn in your whole roster before that kickoff
1a .We will NO LONGER allow roster adjustments after the thurs night game , once its entered and you've had an active player, its FINAL
